Helen was part of the Governance team for Bord na Mona’s company transformation in 2019. She also designed and led the Employee Outplacement project to support over 1,000 employees during very challenging and uncertain times. In 2020, she worked with Innovate Dublin in Ballymun on the ‘Youthreach Academy Programme’ supporting early school leavers in the areas of creative thinking and practical project management skills. Her passion for people and processes, underpinned by best practice to relevant standards, led Helen to join the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation as Corporate Services Executive in August 2021.
